Vera Chala\u00e7a collaborates with VCA since 2011 and currently in the Tax, Economic Regulation, Energy and Projects Departments.<\/p>\n

Vera has significant practice in legal analysis in connection with a wide range of legal issues related to tax, corporate and commercial law; she works together with the Litigation Department, representing the clients of the law firm before all courts; she is an active element of the negotiation teams in matters of commercial, corporate, real estate, financial, tax, energy, civil law, projects, international investments and other law firm\u2019s practice groups.<\/p>\n

Advice on tax and corporate law, counselling in the areas of commercial, civil, economic, criminal, labour, energy law and regulation, national and international contracts, pre-litigation counselling and alternative methods of dispute resolution.<\/p>\n
