Rita Tigeleiro Afonso<\/h1>\n

Rita Tigeleiro Afonso collaborates with VCA since June 2009 and currently she is Deputy Coordinator of Tax, Economic Regulation, Energy and Projects Departments.<\/p>\n

Rita has significant practice in legal advice to a large number of Portuguese and multinational companies in connection with a wide range of legal issues related to tax, corporate and commercial law; she works together with the Litigation Department, representing the clients of the law firm before all courts including the Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court; she is an active element of the negotiation teams in matters of commercial, corporate, banking, real estate, financial, tax, energy, civil law, projects, international investments and other law firm\u2019s practice groups and she actively takes part in legal due diligences.<\/p>\n

Advice on tax and corporate law, counselling in the areas of commercial, civil, economic, criminal, labour, energy law and regulation, national and international contracts, pre-litigation counselling and alternative methods of dispute resolution.<\/p>\n

Degree in Law (Faculty of Law, Universidade Cl\u00e1ssica de Lisboa 1998-2003). Master Degree in Corporate Law (Faculty of Law, Universidade Cl\u00e1ssica de Lisboa, 2008-2009). Master Degree in Real Estate Law (Universidade Aut\u00f3noma de Lisboa, 2010-2011). Master Degree in Tax Management (IDEFE \/ ISEG \u2013 Universidade T\u00e9cnica de Lisboa, 2012-2013).<\/p>\n
