Hugo Martins Braz<\/h1>\n

Hugo Martins Braz is a partner of VCA since 2010 and he coordinates and runs the Litigation Department.<\/p>\n

Hugo has large experience in matters of international, civil, commercial, criminal and administrative litigation, mass litigation especially on issues related to consumption, arbitration and credits recovery, appeals to the European Court of Human Rights, labour law, labour disputes.<\/p>\n

He provides legal advice to the company that owns the management of a famous hotel in Lisbon and works especially in the areas of human resources management, labour law, commercial law and litigation.<\/p>\n

Civil, commercial, criminal and administrative litigation, mass litigation especially on issues related to consumption, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, legal appeals to all jurisdiction levels; appeals to the European Court of Human Rights, labour law, labour disputes.<\/p>\n

Degree in Law (Faculty of Law, Universidade International de Lisboa, 2000). He attended several technical courses such as leadership and motivation of teams and various legal courses sponsored by the litigation team of the multinational law firm Garrigues.<\/p>\n
