Labour Law is at Valadas Coriel & Associados one of our practice areas with major importance and also one that brought us recognition in the market and among our clients. Especially aimed to a full labour advice we work as a team with the client in defining strategic solutions adapted to its business area.

At VCA we have two distinct but complementary approaches: firstly, preventive advice, the disclosure and pre-discussion of new legislation and relevant court decisions, our experience leading us to highlight issues which the new legislation and court decisions may bring to the fore and that will have a major impact on companies; secondly, using concrete and practical solutions meeting companies’ currents concerns and aims and providing risky and determined action strategies when necessary in the face of a too-strict legal framework, in which the consequences of any possible legal dispute are gauged and assessed.
